Research on the Talent Training Model for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Cross-border E-commerce under the Fission and Fusion of the Cross-border E-commerce Industry

Abstract: With the acceleration of globalization and the rise of the digital economy, cross-border e-commerce, as an important part of global trade, is undergoing unprecedented fragmentation and integration. This industrial transformation not only presents opportunities for cross-border e-commerce enterprises but also raises new demands for talent cultivation. This paper analyzes the phenomena of fragmentation and integration in the cross-border e-commerce industry, explores the contradictions between the current education system and industrial needs, and proposes innovations in educational models based on innovation and entrepreneurship. The paper focuses on strategies such as constructing a multi-level, interdisciplinary curriculum system, building educational platforms aligned with industry requirements, and implementing categorized education and project-based practical training to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents in cross-border e-commerce, in line with the needs of the new era, promoting the synchronization of education system development and industry advancement.
