Strategies for Reconstructing the Curriculum System of Financial Innovative Talents in Local Undergraduate Colleges under the Background of New Liberal Arts

Abstract: Based on the background of the construction of new liberal arts, this article explores the reconstruction path of the curriculum system for financial innovative talents in local undergraduate colleges. The rapid development of financial technology has led to a surge in demand for versatile talents. Local undergraduate colleges need to break down traditional disciplinary barriers, strengthen interdisciplinary integration, cultivate practical abilities, and build teaching staff. This article proposes strategies from four aspects: optimizing the curriculum system, upgrading practical teaching, building teaching staff, and reforming evaluation. The aim is to provide the financial industry with composite talents who possess both professional competence and innovative ability, and promote the coordinated development of local economy and finance.
