Research on the “One-Core and Five-Dimensional” Teaching Quality Monitoring and Assurance System Based on the OBE Concept

Abstract: This study is guided by the OBE concept and delves into the problems existing in the current higher education teaching quality monitoring and assurance systems. It constructs a “one-core and five-dimensional” teaching quality monitoring and assurance system centered on “cultivating virtue through education”, covering management, quality, monitoring, evaluation, and decision-making as its five dimensions. The study elaborates on the specific connotations, implementation strategies, innovations, and expected outcomes of each dimension, aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical references for universities to enhance teaching quality and achieve talent training goals.
