Cognitive Remodeling and Role Adaptation: Research on the Pathways for Developing Digital-Intelligent Literacy among College English Teachers in the AI Era

Abstract: With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence and its widespread application in education, college English teaching is undergoing profound transformations, requiring the corresponding development of teachers’ digital intelligence literacy. This paper analyzes the impact of AI on college English education and constructs a framework for the AI-enabled digital intelligence literacy of college English teachers. It systematically proposes pathways to enhance such literacy, including customized training, technical skill enhancement, innovative practical application, and value internalization. The study aims to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the continuous professional development of English teachers in the AI era, empowering them to adapt to contemporary changes, improve educational outcomes, and refine teaching quality.
